Who is responsible
Kritvan designs and builds websites, mobile apps and AI & Automation solutions for businesses. We are based in India and are responsible for the personal information described here. Send any privacy question or request to info@kritvan.tech.
Information we collect
- Project inquiries
- The service you select, your name, email address, company or website (optional) and the project details you write.
- Emails you send us
- Your email address and the contents of your message.
- Website visits
- Our hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver pages and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We also use your IP address briefly to limit repeated form submissions, but we don’t store it with your inquiry.
We don’t ask for sensitive information. Please don’t include passwords, payment details or confidential business data in an inquiry.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss your project.
- To prepare a proposal or agreement when you ask for one.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse.
We don’t sell your information, use it for advertising or add you to a mailing list.

Each provider processes your information only to provide its service to us. We share it with anyone else only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
If an inquiry doesn’t lead to a project, we delete it within 24 months. If it does, we keep the related correspondence for as long as the project and our legal and accounting obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your information
- correct it
- delete it
- withdraw any consent you have given.
Write to info@kritvan.tech and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can complain to your local data protection authority. In India that is the Data Protection Board of India; in the UK or EU, your national supervisory authority.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Inquiry delivery uses authenticated services, and access to inquiries is limited to the people who handle them.
Changes to this notice
When our website or providers change, we’ll update this notice and its date.
