AI Developer

Build AI features for client projects: assistants that answer from a company’s own information, and automations that turn incoming requests into structured work.

What you’ll do

  • Build features with the OpenAI, Gemini and Azure AI APIs, from prompt design to integration in the product.
  • Prepare business documents for retrieval (RAG): splitting, embeddings and search.
  • Connect AI features to client systems such as CRMs, WhatsApp Business and databases through APIs and webhooks.
  • Test outputs against real examples, and add checks and human review where accuracy matters.
  • Document what you build so others can maintain it.

What we look for

  • Good programming fundamentals in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • At least one project built with an LLM API (college, personal or professional) that you can show.
  • Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
  • Clear written English.

Good to have: Vector databases (pgvector or similar), Node.js, React.

Full Stack Developer

Build websites and web applications for clients, from the interface to the database.

What you’ll do

  • Build fast, accessible interfaces in React, Next.js or Astro that work on every screen size.
  • Build backends and APIs in Node.js or Laravel, with validation and permissions enforced on the server.
  • Design and maintain PostgreSQL or MySQL databases.
  • Integrate payment, messaging and CRM tools such as Razorpay, Stripe and HubSpot.
  • Deploy to Vercel, AWS or Cloudflare, and take part in code review.

What we look for

  • 1–3 years building production web applications with React and Node.js or PHP/Laravel.
  • Solid JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Git and REST APIs.
  • Work you can show: live projects or repositories.

Good to have: React Native, WordPress, AI API integration, performance and accessibility work.

Business Development Executive

What you’ll do

  • Identify and contact businesses that need a website, app or automation, through LinkedIn, email, referrals and your network.
  • Understand each prospect’s needs and arrange discovery calls with our delivery team.
  • Help prepare proposals and follow up until a decision is made.
  • Keep leads and conversations up to date in the CRM.

What we look for

  • 3+ years in business development for a software, web or digital services company.
  • Closed deals you can describe.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Understanding of how web and software projects are scoped and priced.

Pay: Incentives only: a share of the value of each project you bring in. We explain the structure in the first conversation.
